Do not use LJ Hookers Yorkeys Knob for property management or selling! They lost me over $3,239 in late BC fees over 3 yrs for our beachfront unit, because they weren't paying the bills before the discount deadlines! They were under the market rent too, but kept saying these were the market conditions. I didn't get a final property report which neglected several issues that my new manager picked up. I tried selling the unit too, but they couldn't get a good price for it either & I would have dropped the market value of all the units if I sold it for the offers LJH were getting. Definitely do not use them!
